Candid photographs and critical moments are what we seek to capture in our photography at Arkansas Children's.

Our models are actual patients with real experiences that shape their lives and these moments.

I have the privilege of directing our photography initiatives with two staff photographers, who, through their work, encapsulate the spirit of our pediatric healthcare system.

All work showcased on this page reflects projects I directly shaped—either through conceptualization, art direction or self-production. Each piece represents my hands-on approach, from initial vision to execution, ensuring a cohesive, creative voice and meticulous attention to detail across all marketing channels.

More to the Story.

Each video and editorial blog brings the audience into the subject's journey - their story about perseverance in the face of adversity, a personal calling or edge-of-medicine care. They are honest looks inside some of the most harrowing places our families have been.

 

As creative director, I oversee the production of these dynamic visual stories with two content writers and two videographers that highlight Arkansas Children's impactful work. From conceptualization to the final cut, I ensure our video content is not only engaging but also emotionally connective, reflecting the dedication and compassion of our staff.

Campaigns

In project-based roles, I lead cross-functional teams to bring complex projects to life. I manage everything from campaign launches to special events, ensuring each project aligns with our organizational goals and delivers a significant impact. My strategic oversight ensures precision, creativity and a focus on our core mission. Raising the Bar (right) is one such campaign under my purview, leveraging individuals from across our 30+ person team to achieve nationwide distribution.

Atypical.Erin Clients

As a TikTok content strategist and brand partner, I specialize in creating high-impact, short-form video campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness and conversions for CPG, beauty and wellness brands. With a portfolio spanning Estée Lauder, Health-Ade, Seed Health, Dove, Bobbi Brown and more, I develop platform-native content strategies that blend storytelling with data-driven insights. My work was selected for TikTok One alpha-phase testing and the Creator Collective, showcasing my ability to adapt to trends, optimize content for performance and craft authentic brand narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
